New customized design – Animal Containment Workstation

Upon the request from our distributor in Belgium, LAMSYSTEMS specialists developed and manufactured non-standard laminar airflow cabinet for work with animals.

Design of such cabinet was based on the serial model SAVVY 1.8 and included the following features:

extended height of the work opening and increased dimensions of the work chamber to ensure unhindered placement of cages with animals in it;
preliminary G4 filters for ensuring filtration of large dust particles and fur which can help to protect supply and exhaust HEPA filters from clogging and extend their service life.

This workstation was installed in one of the Belgian research laboratories in August 2022 and is already being fully used to work with laboratory animals. The End User was fully satisfied with this cabinet and left the positive feedback concerning its operational characteristics and high quality.
