Approved Product Quality is a Key to Customer’s Serenity
Quality is one of important requirements to products which remains a significant factor in any business all the time.
LAMSYSTEMS sets a high value on the quality of produced equipment. Therefore, in 2014, one of the most popular models – Class II biological safety cabinet NEOTERIC – received a certificate* of conformance to the European standard EN 12469:2000 at TÜV NORD organization (Hamburg, Germany).
For the fifth time, a factory audit has been performed for asserting LAMSYSTEMS’ right to place the German quality GS mark on its products (Geprüfte Sicherheit, translated from German, means Guaranteed Safety). The inspection was held from September 12th to 14th, 2019 and was carried out by the inspector Ms. Svenja Schneider from the international certification center TÜV NORD.
At the mandatory annual audit of a manufacturer that had received a TÜV certificate, demonstration of the certified product assembly technology and the factory acceptance tests is obligatory.
During the inspection, the TUV NORD inspector emphasized the high level of quality management system of the factory as well as the competence of specialists carrying out the assembly, final testing and adjustment of the products.
The result of the audit was the confirmation of compliance of the Class II biological safety cabinet NEOTERIC to TÜV NORD certificate. This means that the manufactured product has the same parameters as the sample which successfully passed certification tests in 2014.
In addition to confirming the certificate in effect, preliminary tests of the new model of biosafety cabinet – the Class II biological safety cabinet SAVVY SL with power driven front sash – introduced for certification were passed successfully. High approval received during the testing shows that the moment of getting the new TÜV certificate is coming before too long.
