Active Filter Fan Unit with an external control panel (stainless steel) 1200x600mm
In standard configuration FFU is equipped with laminarization screen. If necessary laminarization screen can be replaced with airflow baffles.
The filter fan unit ensures a higher cleanliness class in a room of installation by recirculation and highly efficient filtration of the air.
A filter module equipped with a laminarization screen creates uniform laminar airflow and can be mounted over the critical areas that require high level of air cleanliness to be maintained.
A filter module equipped with airflow baffles creates even distribution of the clean air across the whole room.
Filter modules can be grouped to form laminar flow fields. It is possible to simultaneously connect and display on the screen up to 16 FFU. At the same time, it is possible to control the entire group as a single system, or any of the FFU separately.

Standard Configuration
Main body
• Filter Fan Unit casing is made out of powder-coated ferrous sheet metal;
• Filter Fan Unit casing is made out of 1.0 mm stainless steel AISI 304;
• brackets are provided for Filter Fan Unit mounting on the main body;
Purification system of air that is going through the Filter Fan Unit
• G4 filter is provided for preliminary filtration;
• HEPA filter is provided for highly efficient air purification.
Elements that are forming airflow at the outlet of the Filter Fan Unit
• airflow laminarization screen made of polymer micromesh, which is stretched on an aluminum frame. Laminarization screen is included into the standard configuration of the Filter Fan Unit.

• outlets for sampling the air upstream of HEPA filter for its integrity testing (located under laminarization screen and are labeled with «Upstream» and «Aerosol» signs).
